Discover Freestyle

This course is for you if:

  • You are confident in the water
  • You can somewhat swim with your head in or out of the water
  • Have difficulty swimming more than 100m without stopping
  • Regularly feel out of breath
  • You would like to learn to swim in an easy, relaxed, fluent and efficient manner

This course will break down the stroke and allow you to learn freestyle step by step, focusing on your body awareness, your body position, buoyancy, breathing techniques in an effortless manner. This course is tailored to your needs, your pace, and utilizes video, personal feedback and progress tracking.

Advance Freestyle

This course is for you if:

  • You can swim 200m without stopping
  • You know your basic stroke, timing and breathing
  • Your stroke has not evolved and you have put a lot of time and energy into swimming
  • You would like to achieve speed while minimizing your efforts
  • You would like to streamline your hard work with a relaxed, efficient stroke

This course will revisit your kicking, your pull and your stroke efficiency. You will learn to swim fast with an impressive swimming style. This course is tailored to your needs, your pace and utilizes video, personal feedback and progress tracking.

Tri-Swim

This course is for you if:

  • You can swim middle and long distance
  • You are a confident swimmer with speed and strength
  • In races, you find you are spending too much energy on your swim, thus leaving you short for your cycling and run
  • You need help transitioning from pool swimming to open water swimming

This course evaluates your stroke and teaches you how to swim faster while conserving energy. It will teach you how to modify your stroke when swimming in races and help you build skills and confidence. The course also covers tips on mass starts and turning buoys in open water and making the transition to the bike.
